1. The service
BitBox provides cloud downloading, storage and media access at your request. You choose the sources and content, including through connected apps, addons, RSS feeds and API keys. A subscription buys service capacity; it does not grant rights to third-party content.
2. Your content and permissions
You are responsible for the files, links and instructions you submit and for how you use them. You must have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis required to download, copy, cache, store, stream, convert, export, share and seed that material. Owning a copy or being able to access a link does not by itself give permission to redistribute it.
3. Your account and connected apps
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private and revoke connections you no longer trust. You are responsible for requests you authorize through your account, workspaces and integrations. Only connect services and sources you are entitled to use.
4. Permission to operate the service
You retain your rights in your content. You grant us only the non-exclusive permission needed to retrieve, process, store and deliver it according to your requests and to operate and secure the service. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use or override third-party rights.
5. Storage and shared transfers
Matching requests may reuse one transfer or stored copy. Account access remains controlled, but deleting a file from your account may not delete the shared copy while another authorized account uses it. Plan limits, retention rules and legal restrictions apply. Keep independent backups; continued storage and source availability are not guaranteed.
6. Copyright and account restrictions
The Copyright policy forms part of these terms. We review notices, may disable identified material across affected accounts, and may restrict or terminate accounts for substantiated or repeated infringement. You must not bypass a restriction by changing links, hashes, accounts or integrations. Support remains available to request a review.
7. Plans, cancellation and your rights
Prices, billing intervals and service limits are shown before purchase. Manage subscriptions through the billing page or contact Support. Cancellation, refunds and service changes remain subject to applicable consumer law; these terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
8. Responsibility and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content use or breach of these terms. This does not exclude our own legal obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and does not make you responsible for our own misconduct.
9. Changes and contact
We publish the policy version and record your explicit acceptance. Material changes will be notified and new acceptance requested where required. Contact us through Support or the published legal contact about these terms, your account or a review of a decision.
