What can I download with BitBox?
BitBox supports BitTorrent magnet links and torrent files, direct HTTP/HTTPS file links, and NZB downloads when a Usenet provider is connected. Premium file-hosting services require their own provider integrations.
Can I try it before choosing a plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 10 torrent downloads per month, with a 24-hour cooldown and a 10 GB limit per download. The demo lets you explore an isolated workspace with sample files.
Can I stream my files?
Completed audio and video files can be played in the browser when the browser supports their format. You can also use the read-only WebDAV connection with your own media player.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Open Subscription in your dashboard and select Manage billing. Once Stripe is connected, the billing portal lets you change your plan, update payment details, or cancel your subscription.
What happens when my download slots are full?
New downloads stay in the queue. BitBox starts them in order as soon as a download slot becomes available. Paused downloads can be resumed from your dashboard.
